Please check the goods immediately after you receive them, if there are items damaged please take a video or picture through online customer service or email to us, our customer service staff will give you the most prompt and professional answer after checking.

Returns and Refunds
All products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees. Products returned must be approved by a representative at ORZORZ. Any products returned before ORZORZ approve will be refused and returned to sender and ORZORZ will not be responsible to any incurred shipping costs. For ALL products, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned regardless of date of purchase for refunds. ORZORZ products that are returned and deemed defective that are under our manufacturer warranty, and are being exchanged for a replacement are subject to receive a free return shipping label or return fee. Returns due to non-quality issues, shipping costs need to be borne by you. Refunds are only available to purchases made directly from ORZORZ and not from resellers.
