SHIPPING TIMES
When will my order ship?
There is generally a 3 business day processing time for all orders prior to shipment.
Please note, some products may have longer lead times, especially during peak seasons. We will notify customers immediately if an item is back ordered.
Payment is due upon placing an order. Order processing will not begin until valid payment is received. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. ORZORZ is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, ORZORZ won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.
In the event that a parcel is returned to ORZORZ for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email support@orzorzvip.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of ORZORZ. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify ORZORZ in writing within 7 days of receiving the products to support@orzorzvip.com.
ORZORZ is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the product parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local authorities for resolution. We strictly will not send you another product parcel or process a product refund.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control.
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.

- UK: Standard (10-15 Business Days), or Priority (5-7 Business Days)
- Canada: Standard (15-20 Business Days), or Priority (5-7 Business Days)
- Australia & New Zealand: Standard (10-15 Business Days), or Priority (5-7 Business Days)
- Europe: Standard (10-15 Business Days),or Priority (3-7 Business Days)
- Remote Regions of Europe: Standard (10-21 Business Days), or Priority (5-7 Business Days)
- Rest of the World: Standard (10-21 Days),or Priority (5-7 Business Days)
