One Year Limited Warranty

The terms of our warranty are outlined in detail below. We've included a simplified summary of each section for your reference. Please note that the summary does not replace the terms below. It's simply an attempt to make sure the terms are understood clearly.

Subject to the terms and conditions below, "ORZORZ,Inc" warrants to the original retail purchaser that the ORZORZ' product (the "Product") will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (the "Limited Warranty"). For purposes of this Limited Warranty, an “original retail purchaser” is an individual or entity who purchases the Product (i) from, or (ii) from an authorized ORZORZ distributor or retailer (an "Authorized Reseller") and with the intent to use the Product for personal consumer use and not with the intent to resell the Product.

We certify that our products are in working condition and should last without defects for one year after original purchase. (If you receive a warranty replacement, the warranty period does not start over. The replacement will be under warranty until one year after your initial purchase.) The warranty only applies if you purchased from us directly, or from someone else who has our permission to sell our products. If you purchased through an unauthorized seller, we are not able to cover the product under warranty. We also do not provide warranty coverage if you are reselling the lights without permission.

This limited warranty is not transferable or assignable. If you purchase the product from any person or entity other than orzorz or a orzorz authorized reseller, this limited warranty is void and the purchase is made on an "as-is" basis with all faults.

If you have questions regarding whether a certain person or entity is a ORZORZ Authorized Reseller, please contact us before making your purchase.

You can't transfer the warranty from one item to another. If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, it's on an as-is basis with no warranty. You get what you get. Don't know if you're buying from an authorized seller or not? Ask us before you buy.

The Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following:

  1. loss, damage or failure due to alteration, modification or damage to the Product;
  2. loss, damage or failure due to normal wear, tear, rust, abuse, improper maintenance,
  3. improper installation, improper storage and/or improper use;
  4. the finish on any portion of the Product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear;
  5. loss, damage or failure that occurs during shipment to international destinations
  6. and/or loss, damage for failure due to accident, misuse, abuse and/or negligence or any failure not relating to defects in material or workmanship.
Our warranty doesn't apply if you lose the product, modify it, break it, or use it incorrectly.

Within thirty (30) days of discovery of any claimed defect in the Product, you must submit a written description of the alleged defect, and a valid proof of purchase or copy thereof, to ORZORZ (the "Warranty Claim") by emailing If BlissLights determines that the returned Product is defective, ORZORZ will, within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the Warranty Claim, at its election, either repair or replace the returned Product or refund the purchase price. The determination whether a returned Product is defective shall be made by ORZORZ in its sole discretion with consideration given to the overall performance of the returned Product. If ORZORZ determines the return Product is not defective, ORZORZ may charge for any postage and other handling costs it incurs. Your failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions will invalidate the Limited Warranty and ORZORZ shall not have any obligation or liability with respect to the Product.

If you experience a problem with your light, send an email within 30 days to with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will help you troubleshoot and determine if your item is defective. If we determine that your product is defective, we will send you a return shipping label or RMA form so the defective item can be returned to our warehouse and either replaced with a new item or refunded. If the item turns out to tampered with or otherwise non-compliant to our warranty terms, your coverage will be voided and we will charge you the shipping and handling costs related to your item.
