I love the product, but you guys told me that it was going to take almost a week to get here. I waited for this thing for an entire month and needed it for a gift then when I reached out through email and called I got NO REPSONSE!
I must have emailed over 10 times and have gotten no response every single time I could not track my order nor could I even review it to see the status of when it would arrive. It arrived in about a month you guys did not give me any contact. I am so pissed because I wanted to love this product, but the fact that you guys couldn’t even email me shame on your business and I will be telling anyone who gets this product that you guys don’t respond and at first, I thought it was a scam although the product is good you guys are horrible with communication and I needed for a gift and it took a month and it was supposed to take a week and yes, I read on the website prime times it takes longer but no way that is absurd and that is a horrible company. i am very upset and disappointed. for the money i paid I shouldn’t have gotten NO COMMUNICATION from you guys. EVEN WITH CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The image is blurry even after putting it into focus. The further the image gets the blurrier it looks, & is not consistent.
Will be returning it & recommending others not to get it.

I ordered a Galaxy Projector from this site and got a tracking number.
Halfway through the shipping process it was sent back to them. They haven't contacted me about it or replied to my 4 messages.
In the end I requested a refund via PayPal

I ordered this 3 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email, but no dispatch information. I have not received the item, nor any response when I emailed support.
